Clarus is a hospital information system for private hospitals and hospital groups in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. One patient record follows the patient across every site, while each site keeps its own worklists — connecting registration, clinical care, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing, and back-office operations. Safety checks are built into the workflow rather than left to memory. Clarus comes in three editions — Core, Clinical+, and Enterprise — with add-on packs, and installs on-premise so the clinical core keeps running without an internet connection.

HL7 v2 over MLLP in both directions: admissions (ADT), orders, results, and charges come in; ADT and orders go out. Field mapping is configurable, and a message store lets you retry and replay messages. A read-only FHIR R4 API covers patients, encounters, observations, conditions, medication requests, and diagnostic reports. Each interface feed is commissioned with the hospital.

Clarus installs on-premise on Windows Server and IIS, with a separate database for each customer, and the clinical core works without internet access. SignalR keeps patient tracking and waiting-time displays live.
There are roles for every job — doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, radiologists, receptionists, billing clerks, HR, IT, drivers, and paramedics — plus a patient role for the portal. A rank table stops anyone managing an account more privileged than their own. Sign-in supports passkeys alongside strong passwords. Every change is audited with its before and after values, the user's IP address, and their device.
Licences are signed by Marigold. If one lapses, Clarus becomes read-only rather than locking clinicians out.
The interface is in English today. Arabic and Kurdish are scheduled, on a language framework built for right-to-left. Optional AI assistance — a clinical copilot and a voice scribe — is off by default and is switched on only once the hospital has a data-processing agreement in place.

A course catalogue and schedules with days, times, and rooms. The registration rules are enforced for you: windows, holds, capacity, credit limits, and prerequisites with minimum grades.

A unified university management platform.
Lumina runs the academic and administrative life of a university on one platform. It covers student records and rule-checked course registration, teaching and assessment, research, campus services, budgets, and reporting. Admin, faculty, employee, and student portals each show people what their role needs, and each university's data is kept strictly apart from every other's. Every screen is fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with right-to-left layout throughout.

Standing, advisor, holds, balance, and timetable in one place. Students can request transcripts, library services, advisor meetings, and assignment extensions, and each request goes to the office that decides it.
Staff self-service for leave, promotion, petty cash, textbooks, MOUs, workshops, scholarly activity, letters, risk reports, evaluations, and clearance. Every request is tracked through approval, with attachments.
Articles, books, conference papers, grants, intellectual property, creative works, and MOUs — a complete record of each faculty member's scholarly output.
An academic calendar, events with registration, the library catalogue and loans, office-hours appointments with notifications on both sides, and workshops.
Finance records charges and payments. Registry and Finance place and release holds, and Registry sets registration windows and credit limits.
Department budgets, budget lines, and approvals, plus facility and maintenance requests and risk reporting.
Attendance, grades by course, and enrolment by department and course for any term, exported to CSV or PDF — including printable Arabic reports. A full audit trail records every change and every refused request.
Live in-app notifications and announcements targeted by role, plus email and Telegram notices the moment a request is decided.

Lumina is fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with right-to-left layout on every screen — including the messages the server sends back. Real-time notifications arrive over SignalR, with each user on their own private channel.
It is multi-university by design: every request is scoped to the user's own university, and automated tests check that isolation.
Lumina is licensed module by module: 26 modules in eight groups, with the Foundation always included. The optional AI Copilot knows which module you're working in.
Administrators create every account, and a first-run setup wizard gets a new university running. Uploads are private and validated, and there are four visual themes, including dark mode. Lumina runs on Azure App Service and Azure SQL.

Procurement, expenses, and finance for hotels.
Halcyon gives hotel owners and small hotel groups one place to buy, pay, and account. It takes a purchase from request through approval, ordering, receiving, invoice matching, and payment, and ends in a monthly profit-and-loss statement for every property. It is built for groups where one office keeps the books for several hotels. Hotels are modelled down to buildings, room types, and rooms from day one, so Halcyon can grow into full hotel management without a rewrite.

Anyone can raise a purchase request. Approval is multi-step, routed by amount and cost centre, with delegation and separation of duties enforced.
Orders raised from approved requests, then tracked as they are sent, confirmed, and closed — many can be sent at once.
Goods receipts that record short, over, damaged, and rejected items in plain language, on a screen staff can use in English or Spanish.
The supplier invoice is checked line by line against the order and the delivery. Quantity and price differences are reported separately against tolerances you set.
Laid out like the paper "blue sheet" accountants already know. Cheque numbers fill in automatically, missing receipts are flagged, and duplicates are caught.
A float for each hotel with its own ledger, cash counts, and a report of anything not yet reconciled.
A list of what's owed, with payments that settle invoices and expenses by bank transfer, cheque, card, or cash.
Revenue entries and a profit and loss for each hotel, month by month with year to date. Closing a month locks it, and each period exports to CSV.

Department budgets that track committed and spent money separately. Each budget either warns or blocks when exceeded, and the expense form shows where the budget stands as you type.
A scorecard with monthly or yearly targets, plus profit trends, category drill-down, supplier analysis, the purchasing funnel, budget against actual, and occupancy against cost.
Supplier agreements with a tracker for renewals and notice deadlines, and automatic expiry when a contract ends.
Stock for each hotel with a ledger of every movement, plus stock issues, counts, and reorder levels.
A supplier list shared across the group, and an item catalogue with prices for each supplier and bulk import.
A to-do list built from the paperwork itself — approvals waiting, receipts missing — and three dashboards: one for the group office, one for each hotel's manager, and one for everyone else's own paperwork.

Halcyon has six roles: Owner, General Manager, Accountant, Sales Manager, Department Staff, and System Administrator. Access is granted hotel by hotel, read-only where that fits, and a hotel switcher serves people who work across properties. By design, the support account can't touch money.
Approval chains can't be rewritten after the fact. Every document follows fixed workflow rules, with soft delete and a full audit trail.
Every screen is in English and Spanish. Halcyon is hosted on Azure, with secrets in Key Vault, sign-in tokens that rotate on every refresh, account lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, HTTPS only with modern security headers, and monitoring through Application Insights. There are three themes, including a warm hospitality theme.
— What's next
Healthcare, education, and hospitality came first because institutional software in those sectors has to be both deep and humane. Next on Halcyon's roadmap are rooms, rates, and housekeeping.
